Driving Directions

From Burlington: Follow Route 7 South to the first traffic light in the center of Shelburne. Turn right at this light onto Harbor Road. Follow to the first stop sign and turn left into Shelburne Farms.

From Boston: Interstate 93N to Interstate 89 (at Bow, NH). Follow I-89 north to Vermont Exit 13 (I-189). At the first traffic light, turn left onto Route 7S. Follow for 5 miles to traffic light in the center of Shelburne. Turn right at this light onto Harbor Road. Follow to the first stop sign and turn left into Shelburne Farms.

From New York: New York Thruway north to I-87 North. Take Exit 20 for Route 149 to Route 4 North. Take Exit 2 (in Vermont) for Route 22A and follow it to Vergennes, Vermont. Turn north on Route 7. In the center of Shelburne, turn left at the light onto Harbor Road. At first stop sign, turn left into Shelburne Farms.

By Air: Burlington International Airport is just 20 minutes away, with connections from most cities in the northeast. We suggest flying jetblue.

By Train: Amtrak service is currently available to Essex Junction, Vermont via the Montrealer, and to Rutland, Vermont from New York City.
